1. Xây dựng các dự án phần mềm quy mô quốc gia có tích hợp các mô hình thông minh, trí tuệ nhân tạo ứng dụng thực tiễn cho chuyển đổi số & cuộc cách mạng công nghệ 4.0
2. Học máy, phân tích hành vi, phân tích dữ liệu dựa vào Trí thức, suy diễn ứng dụng cho CHATBOT, CHAT BOX và công nghệ ảo hóa, Robot, trợ lý ảo
3. Mô hình đánh giá tối ưu, ứng dụng logic mờ, hệ logic mờ, trợ giúp ra quyết định, tính toán mềm, trí tuệ tính toán, học máy (Neural Networks, SOM) và phân tích hành vi người dùng
4. Xây dựng các phần mềm thông minh, ứng dụng phần mềm trên Smart phone ứng dụng thực tiễn, giải pháp kiến trúc tổng thể, hệ thống (phần cứng & phần mềm) cho các doanh nghiệp - Industry 4.0
5. Nghiên cứu công nghệ BLOCKCHAIN ứng dụng thực tiễn cho xã hội - Industry 4.0
