SHORT BIO
TRAN Hai Anh is a Lecturer in the School of Information and Communication Technology at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (Vietnam). TRAN completed his Ph.D at University of Paris-Est Creteil (France) in 2012. His research interests lie in the area of Distributed Systems, QoE, Data Mining, IoT, ranging from theory of design to implementation. He has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines of computer science. Tran has served on conference and workshop program committees for SOICT conferences since 2015.
